How much does it cost?
The website build is £499. Yearly hosting is £250. That includes your domain name renewal. There's no VAT to add.
When do I pay?
You don't pay until you've seen the website and you're 100% happy with it.
How long does it take?
Most websites are live in around 7 days.
What do I need to send you?
If you've already got a website, send me that. If not, send whatever you've got — logo, photos, bullet points, service areas, reviews, and anything else useful.
Do I need to write the words?
No. I'll write the website for you based on what you send over.
How many pages do I get?
Up to 5 pages.
Do I need a logo?
No. If you don't have a logo, I'm happy to put together a simple one at no extra cost for the website. It's fine for the site itself, but it's not a full logo design package and it won't include high-resolution files for print.
Do you charge monthly maintenance fees?
No. Hosting is paid yearly. Changes after launch are only charged if you ask for them.
What if I want changes later?
No problem. Updates are £45 per hour, minimum 1 hour. Tiny tweaks may be free at my discretion.
Do I own the website?
Yes. It's your website.
Can I leave anytime?
Yes. Just let me know before renewal. A simple text will do.
Do you do SEO or marketing as part of this?
No. This offer is for the website itself. SEO, marketing, ecommerce, and anything outside the website are not included.
Do you offer any other services?
